PFDC (Pakistan Fashion Design Council) Sunsilk Fashion week 2011 was held in Expo Centre Lahore from March 29 to April 1 2011. Designers and Fashion Journalists had already given their Ultimatum that day two of Sunsilk Fashion week Lahore will clash with Semi Final Match of World Cup 2011 between Pakistan and India and there would be no showing and viewing on that day because of that crucial match.
Overall this Fashion Week was a good attempt by PFDC with a lot of Famous Designers and New designers as well as a part of Third round of Sunsilk Fashion week. Nikki and Nina opened the show with their brand Nikki Nina followed up with Yashir Waheed, Sublime by Sara Shahid, Sahar Atif’s Label Saai, Zaheer Abbas, Fahad Hussayn, Burhan Khan’s Beekay, Muse Women Collection, Designer Omar Farooq’s Republic, Karma Collection and Fashion Designer Mohsin Ali. The Ramp Walk was performed by Top Model Fia, Pakistani Model Sabina Pasha, Model Ayyan, Iraj, Beautiful Cybil, Gorgeous Mehreen Syed and a few new faces were also introduced on Ramp by PFDC, but not many of those new models got the attention of People watching this Fashion Show.
