Perfect for people who doesn't have a drawer, like MIUI users, but avaiable for evyone who wants an highly customizable drawer: you can change any option you want.

Your just deleting your Apps from your Home Screen Only...To bring back the App you deleted to your Desktop...Choose your Screen you want to add it to...Then Go to the App Draw...Long Press your choice...it should be back on your Screen you chose...

on MIUI's stock launcher, removing it from the homescreens is uninstalling bc it comes with no app draw. the altdrawer app just takes all your apps and brings them into that one app to make it look like an app drawer but if you drag and drop an app on the homescreen to the trash up top, it uninstalls.
